我的账目数据会被上传吗？

不会。拍立记没有账号系统、没有服务器、没有云同步。所有账本、交易、票据照片都存在你自己 iPhone 的本地数据库里。默认的拍照识别用的是 iOS 系统自带的文字识别，照片不出手机。详见隐私政策。

换手机了，数据怎么带走？

用 iPhone 自带的加密备份（iCloud 备份或电脑备份）恢复新机，App 数据会一起回来。另外「设置 → 导出」可以随时导出 CSV（交易明细表 + 会计分录表），通过 AirDrop、邮件或任意 App 发送，Excel 直接打开。

买了 Pro，换手机 / 重装后怎么恢复？

Pro 是一次性买断（非订阅），绑定你的 Apple ID。重装后打开「设置 → 恢复购买」，用同一个 Apple ID 即可恢复，不需要再付一次。同一 Apple ID 的家庭共享成员也可使用。

免费版和 Pro 版分别有什么？

免费版：手动记账、四大报表（利润表 / 资产负债表 / 所有者权益变动表 / 现金流量表）、单账本 —— 完整可用，不限时间、无广告。
Pro 买断：无限拍票识别、银行截图批量导入、多账本、变动对比与余额走势、CSV 导出、定期自动记账。

拍小票识别错了怎么办？

在确认页直接改就行。橙色高亮的字段表示识别置信度低，重点检查这些。改过一次之后，同一家商户下次会自动套用你修正过的版式。如果整张识别效果都很差，可以在「设置 → 识别方式」切到 B（云端大模型，需填你自己的 API Key）或 C（Azure），精度更高。

我不懂会计，能用吗？

能。日常记账就是「拍一张小票 → 确认 → 完成」，你不会看到任何借贷术语。只有在「手工分录」页面才会出现借方/贷方，而且每一行下面都有大白话解释（比如「负债『房贷』减少，欠款少了」），还内置了还房贷、买房交割、子女教育储备金、折旧等模板，照着填即可。首次打开建议先用「设置 → 生成样本账本」看一遍完整的账长什么样。

怎么清空所有数据 / 重新开始？

「设置 → 危险区 → 重置 App」，会清空全部账本与票据照片，无法撤销，请先导出 CSV 备份。删除 App 同样会删掉全部数据。

支持哪些语言和外观？

简体中文与英文（设置里随时切换，科目名称会一起翻译）；浅色 / 深色 / 跟随系统三种外观。

退款怎么办？

App Store 的购买由 Apple 处理退款，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。如果是因为功能不符合预期，也欢迎先发邮件告诉我，很多问题我可以直接解决。

有 iPad / Mac / Android 版吗？

Is my financial data uploaded anywhere?

No. Pailiji has no accounts, no server and no cloud sync. Ledgers, transactions and receipt photos live in a local database on your iPhone. The default receipt scanning uses Apple's on-device text recognition, so photos never leave the device. See the privacy policy.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Restore the new iPhone from an encrypted iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) and the app data comes with it. You can also export CSV any time from Settings → Export — both a records list and a proper debit/credit journal — and send it via AirDrop, email or any app.

I bought Pro. How do I restore it after reinstalling?

Pro is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) tied to your Apple ID. Open Settings → Restore Purchases and sign in with the same Apple ID. Family Sharing is supported.

What's in Free vs Pro?

Free: manual bookkeeping, all four financial statements, one ledger — fully usable, no time limit, no ads. Pro: unlimited receipt scanning, bank screenshot batch import, multiple ledgers, period comparison and balance trends, CSV export, recurring entries.

The receipt scan got something wrong.

Just fix it on the confirmation screen. Fields highlighted in orange are low-confidence — check those first. Once you correct a merchant, the app remembers that merchant's layout next time. For tougher receipts, switch to mode B (cloud LLM, bring your own API key) or C (Azure) under Settings → Recognition mode.

I don't know accounting. Can I still use it?

Yes. Everyday use is snap → confirm → done, with no debit/credit jargon anywhere. Debits and credits only appear on the Manual journal screen, and every line there is explained in plain words, with templates for loan repayments, property settlement, sinking funds and depreciation. Tip: Settings → Create sample ledger shows you a complete set of books in five minutes.

How do I erase everything and start over?

Settings → Danger zone → Reset app. This wipes all ledgers and receipt photos and cannot be undone, so export a CSV first. Deleting the app also deletes all data.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something isn't working as expected, email me first; I can often just fix it.
